frequently asked questions

how long is the rental period?

Our rentals are good for 4 days unless a special request has been made.

what is the largest party you can accommodate for?

We specialize in events up to 24 people.  If you are hosting a larger crowd we can easily mix and match designs for a custom look.

how should I clean my items?

We ask that you please rinse all plates and glassware and shake out linens before returning.  We will fully clean and sanitize everything once returned.  We do charge a $20 dry cleaning fee for any tablecloths.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once you've selected your items and signed your contract we require a 50% deposit.  The remaining 50% is due 7 days in advance of the event.  If you cancel your order within 7 days you will forfeit your deposit.

What happens if an item is stained or broken?

If an item is damaged beyond repair you will be charged a fee for replacing the item.
